If you are having an abortion in New Jersey and you need help paying for it, the New Jersey Abortion Access Fund (NJAAF) may be able to help you. This fund works directly with clinics and social service agencies. Here is a link to the clinics that we work with. To get help, first make your appointment at an abortion clinic that NJAAF works with, and ask the people at the clinic to email info@njaaf.org to apply for funding.

About New Jersey Abortion Access Fund

After raising money and making plans for over three years, NJAAF officially began funding women in 2012. An all-volunteer organization, this fund is guided by the belief that abortion access is a matter of justice and that every woman, regardless of her economic circumstances, should have the right to decide whether and when to have a child.

New Jersey Abortion Access Fund's Community

NJAAF volunteers actively work to reduce the stigma of abortion and proudly raise money for abortion access, participating in community events such as the annual Roe v Wade commemorative celebration.

In 2015, fund activists raised over $9,000 for abortion funding in the Abortion Access Bowl-a-Thon and began funding women that same spring! If you are interested in joining NJAAF at next year’s Bowl-a-Thon, let the fund know — the Bowl-a-Thon will take place in April but it’s never too early to start planning!
